For app support, account questions, billing issues, or privacy requests, contact support@sproutfinance.app.

Account Deletion

You can delete your Sprout account directly in the app from Settings. The in-app flow removes your synced Sprout account data and signs you out.

If you subscribe through the App Store, deleting your Sprout account does not automatically cancel billing. Manage subscriptions at Apple Subscriptions.

Bank Connections

Sprout uses Plaid for supported financial account connections. If a bank needs reauthentication or a connection fails, try reconnecting the institution from the app first.

For persistent issues, email support with the institution name, affected screen, and any visible error message.

Billing

Sprout subscriptions and renewals are managed by Apple. Refunds, cancellations, billing details, and payment methods are handled through your Apple Account.

Open Manage Subscriptions to review or cancel an active subscription.
